I followed the instruction to migrate my Fitbit account to Google . It did not work. Since then I have  not been able to see my activity points in my Vitality account

@DavidBrom , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

When trying to migrate your Fitbit account to a Google account, did you get any error message?
Did you create an @gmail account besides the email address that was on your account previously?

I assume that you tried the steps described here? How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account

Here you'll find some troubleshooting steps that might help you with the migration. 

Regarding the Vitallity account. If you haven done so yet, try connecting the accounts again. Instructions can be found here: How do I connect Fitbit with another app
