Consecutive 10,000 Steps a Day Counter Keeps Resetting

I have been working on a step streak since January 1. The counter for the consecutive day streak keeps resetting to 0. I have double-checked my log. I have not missed a day yet, however for the second time in 45 days, my consecutive day streak has gone back to 0. I'm assuming this has something to do with software, but curious if anyone else has had an issue. Yes, it's all about Vanity and Pride. I have 45 days in a row and it's a little disheartening for it to say 4.
