I have length units set to centimetres and kilometres. My daily activity distance goal is set to 5km. When I’ve walked between 5km and 8km, the goal completion circle on my watch is not closed. It looks like it would close if I’d walked 8km or exactly 5 miles.
Is the system interpreting my 5km distance goal as 5 miles? How do I get the goal completion circle to properly represent my distance walked?
I’m using the latest firmware on my Sense 2 with an iPhone XR and iOS 16.1.1

After learning that this is a long-standing issue, I entered a daily goal of 3.125km which is then interpreted as 3.125 miles, or 5km. It’s a functional workaround as the distance progress circle now closes properly at 5km.

It has been a long-standing issue that the Fitbit app gets confused between miles and km on daily goal.

Oh, that kinda sucks. Thanks for the info, though. I hope Fitbit fixes the problem…

@andrewerdely it's been nearly two years since Fitbit is trying to figure out how to deal with km and miles.

I guess hope (and a workaround) is the only thing that's left for you.

The same is happening for me with Fitbit Inspire 2 and Android. It's just ridiculous that the Fitbit team doesn't even know how to do proper unit conversion.
FYI, this bug affects the round widget on the main screen, not if you click on it and see the list of past days.

Definitely having the same issue. While I get the work around, if there is no fix, I think I'll get a refund and find a new product. I have had this thing barely a week. Worked fine for the first 4 days, now this is an issue on day 5. Seems like a defective product to me. A work around isn't needed, a fix is needed.

They are giving me this whole run around through their support page that they are working on it. It's pretty ridiculous.
