My sense 2 is 14 months old. I have had endless problems with it for many months. The battery lasts 2 days at best when previously it would last up to 5 days. Connectivity to the app is poor and fails more than it works. Yesterday the battery ran flat whilst I was out, today despite following the advice given, the clock is 7.5 hours out of sync. I’ve followed the guidance to correct this, but it doesn’t work. After many years of using Fitbit devices, I’m reaching the end of the road with them. It’s almost completely useless and have stopped paying the subscription fee for the premium service. If you’re considering buying one and want it to work effectively, don’t waste your money. Look for a more reliable brand

Haha, it doesn’t. Replaced it with a Garmin which so far is far superior.
My point was really that since the takeover by Google that connectivity was always good. Since the takeover, it has gotten progressively worse making the device useless.
I loved Fitbit for years sadly, it previously provided everything I wanted from a fitness tracker. ☺️

Alejandro from customer service PROMISED a return request email. Never sent. The company is fraud.
Cris work for a company that cares about its clients. You sent me A REFURBISHED WATCH to place the one I bought new, and it DOESNT work and YOU CRIS try and wait people out.
Best AnswerAll they do is wait people out rather than solve the issues because they can't and won't say it.
