My screen is super dim, I cannot see it at all.
sleep mode is not on
i have it on max brightness and can still barely see it
whenever I change the brightness it flashes the normal brightness it would have and than goes back to being dim
tried changing clock face multiple times
it keeps slowly getting dimmer and than slower getting brighter over and over again
did a reset and full shutdown after syncing it
and its fully charged
I don’t know what to do, if anyone has any suggestions they are greatly appreciated!

Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Sense 2 which display is too dim to the view.
Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you have already followed.
The behavior you described is similar to the display setting "auto". It will automatically increase / decrease the display brightness depending of the lightning environment.
If you did make sure the brightness setting is on normal, try restarting your Sense 2 if you haven't done so: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
Make sure also the sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on the screen's brightness is set to dim. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? > Sense 2 > quick settings
