Discover section not loading

Suddenly my discover section is not loading. It says "cannot get information, please refresh", but refreshing does nothing. I cannot access my recent ecg reports.

I already uninstalled and re-installed the app. I also checked for app updates. Didn't help either. Does someone know what to do? When I got the watch in the beginning it worked perfectly fine 😞

Hi @Nonabe - often in situations like this it is possible that logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone can help.

@Guy_ I did all of that and nothing worked. Then today suddenly the whole discover section loaded again. Maybe there indeed was an update or something

But the ECG I did yesterday seems to be lost. There's no report of it.

The ECG reports take up to 2 days to show but everything seems okay now.
