Hi @AnneMarie_P - it could be a clock face or possibly an app issue. Or even if you are measuring the distance for the run only, that the exercise ended early so check the duration is correct.
Sync the watch and then login to the web dashboard and see what it shows as distance and units and duration.
It might help to toggle your units in the Fitbit App, App settings and sync each time to see if it gets corrected if the duration is correct.
