Have noticed Fitbit doesn't record miles walked accurately.

When walking on a treadmill, my iFit app shows that I walked 5 miles but Fitbit shows approx 4 miles. 

Anyone else facing this issue?

Yes and customer support is not helpful. Also not sure if my active zone minutes are accurate when walking.
