I am trying to install ECG and SpO2 app on my Sense 2 (both of them are shown as compatible to Sense 2) but once I click on install button on the page where App is displayed, nothing happens. Install does not start.
For the ECG app I get the even to the point of asking me to get the access rights, and I click allow all, but then the install does not start.
Any help with this issue guys?
Thanks

In which country are you?
If it was me, and if your country is in the list of supported countries for this feature to work, things I would do.
1) Disable Bluetooth and re enable it, then try again to install the Apps
2) Reboot the phone and watch, the try again to install the Apps
3) Reset the Watch, then try again to setup and install the Apps
SpO2 works in the background, meaning you see outputs not in real-time. After a night of use, you should see some results
If all of this fail, contact Xiaomi Support

Found a solution.
My Profile location in Fitbit app was set to wrong country. It needs to be set in profile as well in Sense 2 settings, as well the language needs to be the same everywhere.
Both EKG and SpO2 work now.
