ECG app disappeared from Sense 2 and Fitbit App

ANSWERED

MY ECG App and function has gone from my Sense two, I've only had it a week and was working fine. I have read loads in these forums and nothing has helped, I'm in the correct country and haven't left, I'm over 22. Tired restarting Watch and phone, cleared the cache etc, none of which have worked? Not sure what else to do??

I have loaded the clock face which ECG  is to work on and I synced my watch and phone with mobile app.  I have looked all over my watch and no ECG ❤️ per instructions.  It does not show up as a tile but does show up under apps.   I have reviewed the manual for my Sense 2, and followed those instructions. I have synced my watch and phone  I have searched on google for troubleshooting.  I have uninstalled ECG clock face and shutdown my Fitbit.  I turned my watch back on and reinstalled and shutdown my watch again and restarted it.  There just is nothing.  I have written to the developer and i have not had a response yet.

Sorry to hear that!  Have you checked for an update to the Fitbit app?

You can also make contact with Google and let them know.

The last update for the ECG app and clock face was 1-2025

Okay good!  Contact Fitbit support by Google, they can only fix what they know is a problem.  I have had good success with reporting problems.

Hi everyone.

I have great news to share! The issues with the ECG app missing from the Health Assessment section or showing a blank page on the Fitbit app are fixed and should work well on your end. So please make sure everything is updated, give it a try and keep me posted on the outcome.

I hope everyone can continue enjoying the experience with your Sense 2 and its features.

Hi there, @RickyWoods.

Thanks for keeping me posted, and I'm sorry the issue persists in your end. As you may know, our team released the Fitbit app version 4.45 which improves its performance. If you haven't done so, please visit your phone store and install this update as soon as you see it available. Then, reboot your phone, try installing the ECG app on your Sense 2 and let me know how it goes afterward.
