I purchased the Fitbit Sense 2 as it was advertised with ability to view ECG. But it turns out the feature is only available in very few countries which your homepage states but in very small footnote. Most reviews of your product to not include this information. I would say that this is misleading customers.
Looking through the community forum I can see several threads on this topic going back to 2020 - ir can't possibly take 4 years to do this.
There is even a Product Update page from 2020 https://blog.google/products/fitbit/fitbit-sense-ecg/ according to which it should not be a problem to allow this feature across EU.
Can you please confirm that you are not working on adding support to other EU countries. Maybe this will help some future users make a better decision. And we (in other EU countries) would not have to keep hoping and can start looking for alternative products to do what Fitbit devices actually can do.
