I've searched the community and have completed every suggestion I could find to get back the ECG function on my Sense 2. I had it prior to the most recent update I received (Firmware Version 60.20001.194.86) it used to be a shortcut on my watch but now it's no longer available in my shortcuts, tiles nor on my device. I can see my past history under "You", "Health Assessments", but I cannot for the love of cheese get it to appear or open to take a new reading.
I've deleted, reinstalled the ECG app, the Fitbit app, turned on/off blue tooth, I've even migrated to Google ahead of the 2025 deadline from my original Fitbit app, with no positive results, just to name a few. I've removed tiles I don't use in hopes it would open room for the tiles I want and use (ECG and SpO2), I've allowed a ridiculous amount of permissions and have authorized things like "Health Connect" in hopes that would bring it back...but NOPE! The only thing I haven't done was join Fitbit Premium and I have no intentions to do so. If these add on apps are now only part of premium it would be nice if Google Fitbit discloses this information.
I'm not bad at tech and even have had very tech savy people try. I've been a Fitbit fan for a long time and this is my second Sense 2 since they came out as I've worn out my first one, but I am at my whits end and don't want to leave but I'm not getting what I previously had nor what enticed me to stay with the Sense 2.
Anyone else having issues?

Well after doing all that was suggested in several new/older posts and after all of this time and one last hail Mary of deleting and reinstalling everything....it finally worked. I cannot answer what it actually was that fixed the issue but I'm just glad the issue is finally fixed. If I had to try to pinpoint the anomaly that generated the fix it would be that I finally transferred my original Fitbit account over to Google (hmm, a possibility for things to finally start working again-maybe).
Thank you to all that offered suggestions, the ability to review older posts regarding issues of the same nature and for the hail Mary.

I've got ECG working under Apps. Perhaps you had a shortcut set to it and somehow shortcut got lost or overwritten to something else. Try going to it under Apps. If that works, probably could re-set a shortcut to it.

Thanks Johnny for the suggestion. I'm glad yours started working. I've tried this several times under Apps. I no longer have any shortcuts. I've deleted and re-installed all of it multiple times with no luck. I'm starting to think my Sense 2 is duding out. I can see my past results (pre-new version update) but that's about it. I've installed the ECG app, under health assessment it says "on & ready to use", but it's nowhere to be found for me to use.

Just to rule this out, you don't happen to run a VPN on your phone, do you? That was the issue I had, and I had to set the Fitbit app to bypass the VPN.

Thanks AZ-TX for the suggestion, there's no VPN interference. :o(
