EKG / ECG pdf export

After taking my EKG and going to my iPhone App I can see the results. Clicking on one of them and PDF export I get to the page where it says it may take a few minutes. Clicking OK, but nothing happens, even after several hours! What am I doing wrong?

Also on the page where there is the result overview under more info pictures of the icon do not show
