Hello I am new here 🙂

I tried to find some informations by myself but I just bought the Sense2 watch and Inam unable to use ecg app. It says that the watch could not find the phone when I want to start the ECG fiction. But I can synchronise my watch with my phone without issue. I uninstall / re install everything but I still have the issue. Help would be appreciated 🙂

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with the ECG function on your Sense 2.
As a first approach to hopefully get things fixed, please have a closer look at 'Install the Fitbit ECG app' on page 10 of Fitbit's dedicated ECG App instruction manual which you'll find here:
