Electrodes broken

The ekg contact electrodes have fallen off.

Noticed one missing the other day. Today the second fell off when I removed the watch today.

If I had both, I'd just be seeking a way to reattach them,  but I need to replace one.

I'm afraid this not just affects functionality, but also compromises water resistance.

Please help.
