Exercise options gone from watch

Ever since the software update earlier this week, my exercise options have almost disappeared from my watch. It only shows walk and run, and the Other exercises button doesn't work. Any idea how I can have live exercises other than walk or run? Before the update I had access to 20+ exercises directly on the watch.

All exercise options are all still there on my Sense 2.  Have you tried a restart ?

If the Fitbit logo starts flashing, then you get the big red X, continue holding in the side button much longer than 10 seconds, until you get the Fitbit logo again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
