Same here... replaced twice, and still having trouble. Fitbit has no other answer than to replace again.

Same for me. On the computer I see all my activities in my dashboard but on my app, random activities of random days start missing in my week overview.

Disconnected my device, reconnected my bluetooth, removed caché form the app and reinstalled the app, nothing is working.

There a more volatile syncing problems in the versions of the new V4 Fitbit App - this simpler remedy might help.

Remove both Bluetooth entries from the phone (in case they are corrupted), needs only be done once per app version.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on, or other watches that can interfere in the syncing process.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If necessary minimise the app and click the sync popup, or in the Fitbit App run the "Set up a Device" and replace and sync.

That's what I 've done to reset it, it works, but I'm afraid I need to do it everyday, just waste of my time and very annoying.  I prefer the old version app.

Hi@rebc9008 - thanks, nearly everyone prefers the old version of the Fitbit App because it was working and more useful. It seems the new versions of the V4 app haven't been tested properly before release which is why there are these functional problems and poor usability issues.

You can see more in the posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Problems are only getting bigger. Now heart rate, sleep, activity minutes are not showing and this is also messing up the calculations of calories burned.
