Fall Detection or SOS

I just purchased this watch today and was told it had fall detection and I now see it does not. Can I return it? Or are you adding fall detection in the next month?   If not, how do you use SOS?

Hi @JeanS815 - unfortunately Fitbit don't provide fall detection or SOS and apparently isn't planned for any existing Fitbit watches, despite being requested for years.

@JeanS815 fall detection and automatic SOS are not available on any Fitbit. Those features are only available for the Pixel Watch product line. 

If you need to return your Fitbit, contact the retailer you purchased it from for instructions on that.
