Hello @MrsBAK and welcome to the Community. I set up my Sense 2 months ago, but this 9to5google article confirms what I remember. You need to install the Find My Phone app on your Sense 2.
- Tap on your profile picture
- Tap on your Sense 2 image
- Tap on Gallery
- Select Find My Phone and install it
Once it's on your Sense 2, you will find it (and all your apps) by performing a short press on the button. I looked at your profile and can see you are an experienced Fitbit user. The Sense 2 navigation is different from previous Fitbit models.
