Hi @Aym1 - the watch may have developed a fault but try a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If this doesn't help try changing clock face and as a last resort a factory reset which isn't without risk.
If you swipe the watch to the left and tap on steps to see Today information a HR shoul appear, if it doesn't the watch is faulty and can be replaced under warranty.
