I attempted to download new clock faces and installed the ones purchased, however when I have the fit face app downloaded and am using one of those clocks then it will not track my sleep. I tested this throughout the weekend, I tried different clocks from fit face and each morning no sleep was recorded. I reset my fitbit to factory settings and deleted the fit face app and then took a nap under 2 hours an when I synced my Fitbit to the app it recorded the sleep. I sent a message to Fit Face concerning this and was told it is a fit bit issue and Fit Bit says its a fit face issue. If someone else has had this issue please let me know how you were able to fix it. The Star Wars Fit Face clocks are very cool but I cannot use them if I want to track my sleep. I tried leaving the app on but change the clock before sleeping but it did not matter it only would work if I deleted the entire fit face app.

Hi @SBK09 - thanks for reporting this issue. Others have the sleep issue which may be a watch firmware issue.
Have you tried the fitface again since you did the factory reset? Unfortunately if it fails to work you may have to do the whole factory reset procedure again.
