Fitbit Sence 2

Changed from old Samsung galaxy 2 to new Fitbit sence 2, so disapointed wit!h it. Will not answer and talk if I get a call. Been back as frozen said could not refund me as not bought in a shop. So sending back a watch I hate the joy. I am so disapointed in it, and on my second one in weeks great reliability ha ha  Awful customer care by Fitbit,  my advice just don't get one, I am  stuck with one at min don't do same thing. I am defo going back to Samsung as soon as I can. Wasted my money on getting this watch  and on earlie release one so sad. Anyone got the ecg thing to work or dont tell me that also is coming soon lol. Can't wait to get that new sense 2 back  in post as I type,  the joy NOT!  Hopefully see if this works a few more weeks then,  who knows but stuck with it now feel cheated and to late for me Guys! Keep posting how bad it is and save others from same fate

Fitbit says that the ability to answer the phone will be coming in a future update.

Your customer service is awful does not answer and talk to watch now my 4 year old watch did just con awful product not happy stuck with it all ready broken in weeks and refused to give me my money back but replace it. Total rubbish coming te me when here prob be back on a diffrent make by then that does work lol
