I would like to hear from users of the new fitbit Sense 2. Does the Sense 2 give an accurate floor count?
My fitbit Sense consistently gives a wildly inaccurate floor count. I live and work in a house with no stairs in a city with no hills, yet my Sense logs 25 to 150 floors every day.
Does the Sense 2 accurately count floors?
Hello @Mo1963 ,
the Sense 2 is only in pre-order and nobody has received it yet.
We can hope it was fixed but the question is "Why this problem was not fixed on the original Sense? Why doesn't Fitbit care to support its users?

@Dopovo - that's a very good question, seeing as a firmware update broke the floor count.
So probably the real question is will the Sense 2 get improvd support to fix any issues.
Or will successive firmware updates create new issues, like on the existing watches, causing things to stop working properly or the watch to fail altogether that some users have posted.

It seems to be correct so far. I was also getting hundreds of floors daily with Sense 1 although I never climbed any stairs. For the last three days since I started using Sense 2 they went to zero except on one occasion when I actually did climb stairs. So fingers crossed that it stays like that!
