I've been a Fitbit user for about 5/6 years now and 2 months ago upgraded to the Sense 2 from a Versa 2.
The versa 2 was great and I didn't have any issues but I'd had it for 2 years and cracked the screen so I decided to upgrade to the newest model in the Sense 2.
I've returned the watch once for a replacement due to issues with the heart rate monitor either being inconsistent or just not working at all despite following all advice that Fitbit offer. I especially have issues when using the exercise functions.
Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have advice out side what Fitbit offer when it comes to making sure the heart monitor works properly?
