Fitbit Sense 2 is frozen

I have a fitbit sense 2 and it is frozen on the fitbit first screen - have tried hard rebooting multiple times - and nothing. Any other suggestions?

Having similar problem, my screen always opens in my sleep score page and I can’t get back to my clock face Home Screen, nice having a watch that can’t give me the time

Hi @Arghhh444 - did you run the set up in the Fitbit App if you have the multilingual setup screen in the watch.

Hi @Rtj17  - did you try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start?
