Fitbit Sense 2 is non-responsive after doing everything I've just read in the forums.

My Sense two charged last night and then went into freefall displaying the red cross and fitbit logo flashing on and off alternately.

I've read all the forums and tried everything mentioned including:

 - Holding the button down for variable times, from 10 - 35 seconds,

- Unpairing all Bluetooth devices from my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  

- Trying to then reconnect the device to my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra and still no go.

We are travelling overseas tomorrow night and I'd love a Fitbit that actually worked.

You already tried everything that can be recommended in the Community! If you haven't done so yet, please contact Support. They have more tools to investigate your case and assist you further.
