Fitbit Sense 2 is not charging

My Fitbit wont charge.

This is my 2nd one that this happened to.

Thanks for sharing your concerns about your Sense 2 that won't charge. 

Considering all the possibilities, I'll suggest that you take the following steps to exhaust all the troubleshooting recommended for a device that is not charging. 

  1. Clean the gold contacts on your Fitbit and charging cable.
  2. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your Fitbit to the charging cable.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  4. Confirm that you removed the plastic protective cover from the back of the device.

I contacted fitbit and they sent me a new charger but now the time is incorrect. 

How do I fix it?
