Sense 2 vibration after new update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

Ever since I updated my Sense 2 just the other day to the new firmware the vibration has changed on my device. It sounds like the motor is loose, however this wasn’t the case right before I updated it. Has anyone else noticed this too?

Thanks.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Graememcfatter9!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2. Glad to see that you've found your way here to get help.
Please check if the firmware update has changed the setting for vibration on your device. To do so, please swipe down from the clock face to access Quick Settings, then tap the gear shaped Settings button in the upper right corner. Now scroll to the Vibration and Audio tile and tap that. There you can select two different strengths for vibration. Just select the other one to see if that's the one you were used to.

Hi Talahthas,

I have tried this and it just feels different. I think it’s slightly broken to be honest. I will just have to get used to it as I’m sure my warranty has now expired.

Thanks for you fast feedback, @Graememcfatter9.

It would be strange if a firmware update caused a hardware defect. But to be on the safe side, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to hear what they have to say about that:
