Hi @SBRzxcmnbv - it should start again if you put it on charge, sometimes it won't wake to one or the other actions.

If the watch is charged and not faulty do a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Apon plugging in,

  • Did you feel a vibration?
  • If not was the battery dead?
  • I've had it where the battery has had to charge for a while.
  • While on the charger, hold on the bottom

Thanx for the help...the battery is not dead. Am careful about that. Still I recharged it. It is vibrating. Tried to restart it. Cleaned the terminals etc. But is not working...

As of today I’m having the same issue.  Fitbit working earlier today, later I notice that I was t getting notifications and now I have a black screen.  Responds to nothing, phone won’t sync, it vibrates if I push the button or put it on the charger but no display.

update, my sense was only 3wks old so I was able to exhange mine for a new one at Kohls where I’d purchased it.  We’ll see how my luck goes with the new one.

My Sense 2 has been sitting on my desk for 2 weeks for this same reason - it will not turn on.  The battery died on it, I put it on the charger.  It vibrated initially like it does when you first put it on.  I pushed the button to turn on - nothing.  Held it for the 10 seconds - nothing.  Get a short vibration when I first push the button, then nothing.  Same thing when I put it on the charger.

I am perplexed and a bit peeved.  What do I do?
