Fitbit Sense 2 stuck on download Fitbit app screen

Hi, I have iPhone 15 and Sense 2 and since 2 days ago my Sense 2 decided to do a full reboot at night and is now stuck on "Download Fitbit app" screen.

I've checked out all similar posts on the forums already and tried all the troubleshooting tips - uninstalling the app, shutting off bluetooth, switching the phone off then reinstalling app. It was without battery and it's fully charged now so that's not the issue.

What else can I do?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Zee_24!

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having tried to get things fixed by yourself.
As you haven't mentioned to already having tried that, I'd suggest restarting your device by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until yo'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I did try that too, multiple times... It's so weird, it's been working great for the past year and now this. In the meantime I checked and it can be paired with my husband's android phone, so I guess the issue is somehow with iPhone 15 but no idea what

Thanks for reporting back, @Zee_24.

I agree with you that this most probably isn't an issue with your Fitbit device itself. As I'm not using an iPhone myself, please wait for further advice until one of my teammates or one of the mods will kick in.
