I purchased my Sense 2 from Target in February of 2024. The device's sensor plate fell off and according to Fitbit's warranty claim, I should be able to return it due to defects in the first year. However, I cannot find how to obtain the return authorization anywhere online. I would like the exact link to start the return. Online documents send me in circles.
