Fitbit phone app.

My phone app isn't working. Will not let me login using either my Google or Fitbit credentials. There's a message that says: "You don't have any connections yet". The app on my tablet shows connections to both my Sense 2 and phone but won't sync.

Me too, can’t log in. Wouldn’t sync do I deleted app now I can’t get back in.

My Sense 2 wont sync on the computer or to my  phone

Me too. Over 4 hours already, I can't even get any help from fitbit.

The banner at the top says they are looking into the problem,  it is a global issue

My fitbit app is doing the same thing.  Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon.

It’s not your. Fitbit is having issue. Try tomorrow.

Same here. My Sense 2 stopped syncing around noon ET. I tried everything maybe just not smashing it with hammer. Ended up factory resetting it. Then I played with phone a bit. Ended up reinstalling fitbit app and now I cant log in. I really regret purchasing this product
