My phone app isn't working. Will not let me login using either my Google or Fitbit credentials. There's a message that says: "You don't have any connections yet". The app on my tablet shows connections to both my Sense 2 and phone but won't sync.

Best AnswerSame here. My Sense 2 stopped syncing around noon ET. I tried everything maybe just not smashing it with hammer. Ended up factory resetting it. Then I played with phone a bit. Ended up reinstalling fitbit app and now I cant log in. I really regret purchasing this product
