I was bought fitbit sense 2 from USA and now Im using it in sri lanka. After few months of usage my fitbit battery was not charged properly and shows different precentages times to time and then end up with not charging. When it is connect to charing it shows message " Device is above operating temperature and please cool down to resume charging". It cant charge few presentage of battery and device is very hot when charging.
Any solution for this ?? Im in Sri lanka now and cant claim the warrenty. Any solutions please let me know.

Hi @shareendra - unfortunately the symptoms show the watch is faulty, especially if it gets hot when charging, stop immediately as it is dangerous. If there is still a warranty it can be replaced.
