Fitbit sleep tracking not working

My fitbit sense 2 doesn't track sleep and it shows no data yet in the app, this is my second fitbit sense 2 after I got the 1st one replaced.I am vexed with what fitbit is offering...Don't know what updates are doing because after the update  the sleep tracking doesn't work....It sucks

Hi @Krishna45 - just in case, go to the device page in the Fitbit App and check the phone isn't also connected to your Fitbit account and if so disconnect it and sync, see also .Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
