My Fitbit sense 2 stuck with both do not disturb and sleep mode turned on.

I’ve tried to turn them off in the usual way, but each one is locking the other from being used. Also tried turning it off and on again, but it’s stuck with the same settings. Please help!

Hi @Allieandra - this is a known bug fixed with a factory reset, but beware that can fail or if you live in the EEA you may not be able to get everything back as it was. It is prudent to make a note of your clock names first.
