I received the newest update. However two days ago I lost the update. It went back to the Oct. 24th version. Fitbit said its something android users are experiencing.
Are there any Fitbit users having this issue.

Thanks for letting me know your situation in regards to the upgrade for your Android phone for your Sense. I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to give you information and will be contacting you as soon as possible, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.
