How do I change cards details on Sense 2 Wallet app?

@DublinPat Thanks for bringing this to our attention and may I know what happens after going to your wallet details? Do you see an error message and if so, what does it say?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log in to your account.
  4. Tap your profile picture > Sense 2 > Wallet icon (Fitbit Pay or Google Pay)
  5. Then try removing your card, and adding the new one by following the steps described here. Please note the steps for Google Pay differ from the ones for Fitbit Pay.
