I have been in a long process with your customer service regarding a Fitbit Sense 2 that has several issues. Throughout this process, I have experienced being treated rather poorly. Instead of taking my inquiry seriously, I have only been sent help articles and copy paste answers. It has been implied that I am uncooperative, I have been threatened with a refusal of further assistance, I have received sarcastic replies, and now I am no longer receiving any response at all.
I have a watch that does not work. It has never worked properly. I have followed all the steps in the "do-it-yourself" articles, including a factory reset, but the GPS still does not function properly, rendering my watch unusable. I kindly ask that someone other than Nina look into this case, as what she has done so far has unfortunately not been sufficient nor particularly courteous.
