Is anyone else not able to Access Google Wallet on the Fitbit app.  I keep getting this error message.

I'm not sure why you posted in the Sense 2 forums when you mentioned yourself that it's an issue with the Fitbit app.  Regardless, which OS do you have so that I can move your post to the correct forum?

The OS is Android 13.  I was not sure where to put this message since it's a Fitbit app and Sense 2 issue.

It is in the correct forum.  It's a communication error from watch to phone and they told me that they know about it!! My son's does this and mine does not. BUT STILL NO FIX

Unfortunately, you're out of luck here. Here's my thread containing Fitbit's official (non) response to the issue. TL;DR - they know it's a problem, however they have no plans on fixing it.
