I'll be glad to help you out in regards to your Google Maps connectivity issue.
First of all, I'd like to suggest taking some basic troubleshooting steps. Restarting your watch and phone will be a good start. Make sure that your device is syncing and running with the last firmware version as well as the app version. Check if the Google Maps app on your Fitbit device has a pending update.
