Sense 2 - Set up not working

I just got a new Sense 2 after old one died and it will not set up. I have tried for 2 days everything I can think off and find. So do not give the usual turn off turn on troubleshooting bull. I had the same issue with the old one until magically it just connected one day. Please, does anyone have any new tips?

Could you please confirm if you already tried the steps shown in the following help article ? Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? (It explains some requirements to meet, and a 10-step troubleshooting).

Did you ever get this to work. I have 3 fitbits and I can’t get any of them set up with the app. All it does is error. It’s frustrating
