How do I know if the Fitbit is logging my heart rate correctly?

Is it too much or too low?

Hello @Lilabradford73 the easiest is to compare with a finger reader.

Or manually check it.

  • Looking at the second hand of a watch
  • 2 fingers on the inside of the wrist.
  • Count your pulses for 15 seconds.
  • Multiply the count by 4.
  • Answer should be close to what fitbit says.
