Hourly activities on the app missing on main screen

After update # 20001.214.24, the ‘hourly activities’ field is grey and I can’t see it unless I enter into the hourly activities page. Also I can’t see the steps report for the day week, month or year in the steps page.  Anyone else experiencing thrips problem?

I have that same question, I have tried everything I know to do.

I also deleted the Fitbit app and then re-added it to my iPhone and iPad
and all my issues disappeared and all my data was still there

Try uninstalling complete Fitbit app then turn phone of wait a minute , switch back on clear all caches etc then reinstall fit bit , it should hopefully work, mine did after doing that 😃
