I have had my Sense 2 for six days. All has been well until today when the hours of hourly activity (250) steps, recorded on my Sense 2, are not synching with the Fitbit app, but everything else is. I have forced synch about 20 times, disconnected Sense 2 from Bluetooth, turned off Bluetooth & phone, left for 2 minutes, turned on again, reconnected Sense 2 but this hasn't worked. Logging out of Fitbit and back in again also hasn't worked. Restarting Fitbit hasn't worked either.
Is there a fix for this or do I have to return my Sense 2?

Hi @Pomegranate - this can be a problem with the V4 Fitbit App, to check go to the online web dashboard (this service is being removed in a few days so not a long term solution )and see what is shown.
As an alternative try using a clock face, such as SimpleClockPro, which shows all the hourly activity and steps directly on the clock face, even with full hourly steps history for the day. Unfortunately the ability to install non Fitbit clocks has been removed too for EEA and UK users.
If you aren't happy and act quickly you should be able to get a refund.

So, on Thursday evening after multiple actions to turn off and on Bluetooth, turn off and on phone, unpair and repair Sense 2, uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app, it did synchronise my hours of hourly steps, then on Friday it would not synchronise beyond 9 hours whatever I did, then yesterday it worked fine, and now today it will not synchronise past 1 hour of hourly steps even though I have done 7. The Sense 2 has this data but the transfer to the Fitbit app is too unreliable. I’ve gone back to my very old Charge 4 and will be returning the Sense 2 tomorrow. Very disappointing.
