How do I change clock face on Sense 2?

How do I switch between clock faces from the watch? User manual says touch and hold on face of watch. Nothing happens.

There seems to be a misunderstanding here.
In the help article it says: "On Sense series, Versa 3, and Versa 4, you can also press and hold your finger on your current clock face to switch between saved clocks"

This applies only if you already have saved any clock face on the Sense 2 previously. 

To change or save the clock faces, please follow the steps described on the top part of here: How do I change my clock face?

Exactly. Have saved clock faces but can’t switch between them on the watch.

@BayouBob   That feature is part of the firmware update (194.61) that Fitbit announced in July.  It looks like Fitbit paused the rollout.  I haven't received a prompt to update.  A friend had the prompt and the prompt disappeared.

Thank you.  That makes sense.  Haven't even been able to get that answer from Fitbit yet.
