So I am having an issue that many here seem to be having with the metal sensors falling off the back of my Sense 2. I chatted with an awesome support rep hours ago who said they'd email me options. I am still within my warranty but only by a couple weeks. How long is the normal turn around time for the emails? I am hoping to hear something soon because I don't know if it is safe to wear without those strips or not. Any info? Thanks in advance!

Thank you Manu for your response. I do know they will send an email and I am regularly checking my inbox and spam folders to be sure. My question was how long it typically takes to get the email. I was sort of expecting an email the same day, but never received one. I am worried that if they wait too long, my warranty will expire.

Again, if you don't see it on the inbox, please check the spam/junk folder. Sometimes our messages are redirected there. Do not worry about the warranty our team should have already checked it with you when you contacted them.
