Hi @Mima9173 - normally if the watch is syncing properly it will update automatically unless there is a clock face problem and changing to another may help, but first try restarting the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
Then make sure it's syncing. See also
