Hi @Deb962 - you may have to be more specific but have you tried changing the clock face in case there is a problem with it. Normally when you sync your watch it should set the correct time, but verify in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings and toggle Automatic time zone off/on and sync or change to another time zone and sync and then change back.
