Hi,
I am trying to download accelerometer data from sense2 for patient data. I do not know how to set up and download data using JavaScript in Fitbit studio. Please can you help with setup.

Sense 2 doesn't support development (hence no third-party apps) so there's nothing you can do other than reverting back to old Sense.

@SunsetRunner you can't just download it because it's never stored anywhere. You can access the sensor in real-time with the watch app but you won't do it on Charge 5. Only watches that support Fitbit SDK can do it. The app would have to be opened all time. This is probably more complicated on Fitbit than it sounds. I guess @Guy_ can tell you more about it (and whether it is feasible).

Hi @SunsetRunner - as @t.parker has mentioned neither the Charge 5 or Sense 2 currently will work with Fitbit Studio.
If you want to learn more about accessing the information for another compatible watch have a look at the Accelerometer API documentation.
